30-DAY RETURN POLICY
Jacin Newyork offers a 100% money-back guarantee on all eligible products. Customers may return any eligible item within 30 days of receiving it.
To qualify for a return, items must be sent back unworn, unwashed, unaltered and undamaged, with all original tags still attached and in their original packaging. Trying an item on to check the fit is fine. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, scented, stained or damaged after delivery cannot be accepted.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will address the issue as quickly as possible.
EXCHANGES
We do not process direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want instead.

The following items cannot be returned:

ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders are processed automatically within 3 hours. If you wish to cancel, email us at info@jacinnewyork.com as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed it can no longer be canceled, so please check your order carefully before completing your purchase.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
All return shipping, handling fees, and any applicable customs or import duties are the responsibility of the customer. Costs vary depending on the courier selected.
All returns must be shipped to our central international warehouse at the address listed above.
RETURN TO SENDER
If a package is returned due to customer actions (such as refusal of delivery or failure to collect), a $19.95 administration and shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. The remaining balance will be refunded accordingly.
