Processing & Shipping
- Orders are processed within 1-3 working days (Monday - Friday).
- Once dispatched, shipping takes approximately 5-7 working days (Monday - Friday).
- You will receive a confirmation email after placing your order, followed by another email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
- Shipping methods: depending on the destination, parcels are delivered by DHL, FedEx or UPS.
Order Cut-Off Time
- Orders must be placed before 16:00 (EST) to be processed within the stated timeframe.
Delivery Information
- We offer free delivery on all orders within the United States.
Delays
- Processing and shipping together, your order should arrive within 6-10 working days (Monday - Friday).
- If it hasn't arrived within this period, please allow an extra 3 working days before reaching out.

Cancellations
- If you need to cancel an order, please email us at info@jacinnewyork.com as soon as possible.
- Cancellations cannot be processed once the order has already been prepared for dispatch.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we sincerely apologize.
- Please email photos of the issue to info@jacinnewyork.com, and we will promptly resolve it by sending you the correct item.
